Kasey Phillips
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve been carrying too much for too long. You may be going through a life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, dealing with relationship stress, or trying to make sense of painful or confusing past experiences. On the outside, you may be getting through your days, but inside things can feel heavy, unclear, or exhausting.
I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start to untangle what’s been building inside. Some clients come to process deeper emotional pain and past experiences, while others want support with what’s happening right now, finding stability, improving relationships, and feeling more grounded in themselves.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, combining emotional depth with practical support so you can start to feel clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself. I look forward to being part of your journey.
