Through our work you will be able to find ways of managing your stressors and daily life challenges, as well as, decreasing distress and anxiety that you may experience. You will learn how to recognize the underlying reasons of your struggles, learn strategies to cope with stressors and difficulties, You will get an opportunity to talk freely, to be truly yourself, and to express your feelings in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
