Karly is an independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education & Human Sciences at UNL and a Master of Social Work specializing in Clinical Behavioral Health at UMB. She's a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY 200), has completed courses and/or trainings in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Narcissistic Wounding, Nutrition for Mental Health, Neuroscience of Trauma, and Reiki.
