I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) and a strengths-based approach to help individuals build lasting coping strategies, increase psychological flexibility, and achieve meaningful change.
