Are you experiencing stress, in the middle of a transition or are in the process of healing from relationships? My approach to therapy includes a combination of listening and working with specific body centered practices like breathing, moving and/or meditating, centered on bringing your nervous system into balance. When needed I can support your journey back to health with specific interventions that focus on recovery from trauma. I approach therapy as a joint endeavor and collaboratively find solutions with you honoring your own intelligence and cultural background.
