I help people live the lives they choose to live, on purpose. We all face roadblocks and detours as we pursue our life goals and dreams. I work with teens and adults who wrestle with depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. We work together to expand your strategies and resilience. I also work with individuals who have other types of impairments towards their goals and dreams. Examples of other impairments include Autism Spectrum Disorders, paraplegia, brain injury, and cancer.

I am part of the LGBTQ community.

My PhD is in Special Education transition to college and adult life for students with disabilities. I also completed a post doctoral fellowship in Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
