Feeling stuck or unfulfilled in different areas of your life? Would you like support that is professional and confidential? Unlike talking to friends and family, therapy offers a safe space where you can put words to things that are difficult to say, and confront things from your past that seem to interfere with your life in the present. Therapy can lead to deeper self-awareness and insight that can empower you to make the changes you need to live your best life. Everyone has the power to grow and heal with the right conditions and tools.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 yrs of experience. I've worked in various settings with people from diverse backgrounds, but college student mental health has been my passion. I've worked in the counseling centers at John Jay, UT Health Science Center, Princeton, and Cornell to name a few. I've also been a certified academic success coach.
