Kari Spears Therapy

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

Hi! I am a LCSW practicing in Fayetteville, AR. I am located on Center Street, a block from the downtown square. I see individuals ages 18 and up. My primary focus areas are: anxiety, life transitions, self-compassion and self-acceptance, depression, chronic illness and work/life stressors. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, body positive, and sex positive.
If you are looking for somewhere to process changes associated with the move to college and adjusting to getting to know yourself as you move further into adulthood, I am here to help. Perhaps you are a first-generation college student or are adjusting to health changes during such a stressful period of life, I am happy to process with you. During this move to college, you may be exploring your sense of self and identity that you have not otherwise had the freedom or time to do before now. I am available for areas of your life in which you are finding a desire to talk through with someone in a confidential and objective manner. Reach out and see if I'm a good fit.
