If you believe that you need more from your mental health provider, a whole person perspective, then Integrative Mental Health may be the right fit for you. Using individualized metabolic testing, nutritional therapies, dietary interventions and more, you can find answers to your biological and emotional wellness. As an integrative mental health provider, I use not only mental health counseling but also integrative health to ensure that you have all the tools to address your mental and physical well-being. I can work alongside a current therapist as a consultant or as your primary therapist. I believe that using Integrative Medicine for Mental Health allows for whole person treatment and encourages growth at a higher level, addressing not only the emotional impacts of mental health but the physical also. I believe that no one lives without pain; emotional, physical, psychological. I want to work with you to understand why and how to help, building realistic plans and goals to manage and decrease that pain physically, mentally, as a whole person.
