Karen Scheel Holley
I specialize in helping people learn to manage their anxiety and get back to living their lives the way they want. Adjusting to college might seem like it's easy for some people, but many students have difficulty adjusting to being away from home for the first time, figuring out how to find their place and make friends and adjusting to the increased academic demands. I help students learn anxiety management skills they can use throughout their lives. I also work with people with depression and other mood disorders and people who are looking to improve their relationships.
