If you find that you're still carrying the weight of past trauma, loss, failed relationships or any other stressors I can help you put down all that baggage so you can focus on the present and leave the past behind. I strive to ensure that all of my clients feel understood, respected and heard. I also strive to ensure that as a rapport develops my clients will feel comfortable to open up as there will be no judgment from me regardless of what a client is struggling with.
