Are you dealing with anxiety or depression? Are you too far from home or not far enough? Are you finding a friend group? These things can be work with in therapy.
Our time together begins with unconditional support. Everyone is different and I bring whatever techniques -- cognitive-behavioral, emotional freedom technique, progressive relaxation, and others -- are the best fit for you.
