I work with people, such as this, who may have anxiety, depression, PTSD, women's issues, attachment and identity concerns. As an adoption competent therapist, I also work with adult adoptees to navigate post- adoption experiences that arise and impact our life (self- included!). We will untangle your issues together so you learn how to cope more effectively. My approach is relaxed, not stuffy, and I tend to swear a lot, full disclosure.
