Counselor, PhD, NCLMFT, VALPC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I have taught undergraduate and graduate students for many years and currently teach a PE course in tai chi at AppState. Because of this experience, I understand the developmental needs of emerging adults. In addition to traditional talk therapies, I also use expressive arts therapies when this is of interest to my clients. One of these therapies is the Bonnie Method of Guided Imagery and Music. This is a method of engaging the imagination while listening to classical music pieces to creatively develop solutions to problems of living.
