I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, Certified Trauma Therapist, Certified Music Therapist, and Certified Trauma Therapist offering individual sessions in Counseling, Wellness Coaching and Expressive Arts Therapy.
My counseling practice was crated to serve those facing emotional, physical and spiritual challenges to their health and functioning. Drawing upon tools and skills gained over years of training and experience in the fields of Mental Health Counseling, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Therapy I have developed a unique, holistic approach to healing. It is my hope that clients will come to my practice and feel heard and hopeful in finding their individualized path to Wellness.
