Kara Graham
You are not alone! I want to thank you and congratulate you for coming to my page. Therapy is not an easy task and it takes sincere courage to seek out the help that you need. Whether your goals are big or small, together we can surely find a path in therapy that fits your needs. I have found that therapy is not a 'one size fits all' which is why I take a more integrative approach to helping clients. Right now I am offering services both in person and online. Available Monday-Friday during the day with extended hours on some weeknights. Please contact me for further information.
My focuses lie in sexual abuse, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders (or eating related issues) and grief. I am also well versed in other areas such as general mood disorders (like anxiety and depression), borderline personality disorder, stress or burnout, school/work problems, amongst many others. I am specifically trained in EMDR, CBT, and CBT-E.
Taking the first step towards therapy can seem super intimidating, but you don't need to have everything figured out - give me a call!
