(Accepting new clients). Sometimes we reach a point in our lives that feels so challenging, we aren’t sure how to move forward. Maybe you are grieving the loss of a loved one, working through a stressful transition, or struggling to connect in relationships. Maybe you can't point to anything specific that's happening in your life, but you've realized that just getting through the day feels like a challenge. Finding your way here is the first step to creating something different for yourself.

I work primarily with older teens, college students, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance allows us to create movement in our lives. By learning to trust ourselves, we can create change.

My intention is to help you know and trust yourself more deeply, so that you may feel empowered in your life and relationships. I recognize that choosing to dive into this journey may mean taking a leap of faith. I've been there myself, and I work intentionally to create an environment where you can feel supported and safe.
