I’m a licensed master social worker with a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about being a safe place for people to share their stories—especially during life’s most overwhelming moments. Early in my career, I supported women and their children in a domestic violence shelter, offering individual and group counseling. It was powerful to witness women reclaim their voices, rebuild their confidence, and take steps toward safer, more fulfilling lives.

I specialize in working with adults, women, and adolescents navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family-of-origin dynamics. Many of the individuals I support are struggling with codependency, emotional regulation, or unhealthy coping behaviors that stem from past pain. My goal is to help them understand how these patterns developed—and empower them with the tools to create change.

In our sessions, we focus on the whole person. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, inner-child work, and psychoeducation. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, and we’ll build new ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether we’re practicing boundaries, exploring emotions, or challenging old narratives, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about your next chapter.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you move from stuck to strength. I believe healing starts with being seen, and I’m here to walk with you as you write a new story.
