Kara Anglin
Welcome, I'm really glad you're here! Starting therapy is a big step, and you don't have to do it alone. I typically work with young adults from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. My clients often seek support for challenges such as anxiety, relationship concerns, and general life stress. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic and, inclusive space where my clients feel heard and empowered to navigate their unique experiences.
In our first session, we'll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We'll check in on how you're feeling that day and what kind of support or insight you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to know the "right" thing to say; it's an, open conversation, and we'll go at a pace that feels right for you. I am looking forward to connecting with you.
