In a safe, comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a holistic, highly individualized approach tailored to your needs in order to help you attain personal growth and awareness. Together we will work to create an experience where you feel empowered and on a positive path to mind, body, and spiritual wellness. Through collaboration, you will be able to reconcile and understand your past losses/traumas/relationships, overcome your challenges/patterns to live in the present, and make changes to grow into your true potential.

Our therapists draw on their backgrounds in evidence-based holistic therapies to complement and build upon your own strengths and skills. Based your needs, we meaningfully integrate our knowledge in Mindfulness Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reiki, Psychodynamic & Attachment Approaches, Yoga Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Dance Therapy, and Neurobiology.
