Kadijah supports young adults and adults who are seeking a safe space where they can be acknowledged, listened to, and accepted without any judgment. Typically, these folks are competent, accomplished individuals who are held back from achieving their full potential by issues such as anxiety, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. They are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, warm, affirming, and inclusive to guide them on their journey of healing.
As your therapist, I will work alongside you to build effective tools for managing day-to-day life stressors, healing from your past trauma, and empowering you to move towards a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you let go of fear and self-doubt, be kinder and more accepting of yourself, identify and express your needs, develop healthier boundaries, and feel more connected.
Starting therapy is an act of bravery and kindness towards oneself. It is the beginning of prioritizing yourself and making meaningful changes in your life. I am honored to be a part of your journey of healing, renewal and growth. I look forward to connecting with you.
