Life can feel overwhelming when you are anxious, disconnected, navigating a transition, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy can be a supportive space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. Therapy is not about having everything figured out before you begin. It is a place to start where you are, feel supported, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and integrates DBT, ACT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. I take a holistic, culturally responsive view of therapy, recognizing how personal, relational, cultural, and social experiences shape mental health.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and personal growth. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I aim to meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and respect as we work together toward insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
