Hello, I'm Kaci. Do you often feel weighed down by the daily struggles of life or alone when dealing with difficult situations? Counseling may be a good fit for you. I have experience helping children, teens, and adults to solve problems and learn healthier coping skills to manage their lives so that they can live more peacefully. I can guide you in recognizing negative thought patterns, managing your emotions, and finding a solution to your problems.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. With 12 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of helping people cope with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and anger. My passion lies in supporting trauma survivors as they process their feelings and work towards living calmer and more peaceful lives.

My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of recognizing and altering negative thought patterns, which can significantly impact how we manage our emotions and navigate life's challenges. Together, we will work on developing healthier coping mechanisms and finding practical solutions to the issues you face.

Oftentimes, we feel alone or isolated when dealing with our emotions. Please, reach out to me. I would love to help you on your journey. Whether you're dealing with stress, family relationships, intimate or romantic relationships, or seeking perinatal support, I am here to provide the guidance and support you need. Let's work together to help you achieve a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
