Kaci Ralph Christnovich
I know how hard it can be to admit that something isn’t working anymore, and I don’t take lightly the courage it takes to look inward. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable people who appear to be holding it all together, while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are becoming in this season of life.
I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, grief/loss, caregiving roles, chronic illness or health-related stress, and those that are in the quiet in-between moments where things just feel heavy or unclear. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to have the “right” words, a clear goal, or a polished story. You don’t have to perform or justify your feelings to be understood.
My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful questions, offer genuine validation, and help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Sometimes that looks like building practical skills you can use right away; other times it means slowing down and creating space for insight, grief, or clarity to appear. Bodywork and somatic healing are welcome here. Humor is welcome here too, because healing can be meaningful AND human.
I often think of my role as walking alongside you: part steady guide, part enthusiastic supporter as you find your way forward. We will focus on what matters most to you, honoring your values, strengths, and lived experience rather than trying to “fix” or pathologize you.
I strive to create a space that feels grounding, safe, and real. One where you can show up as you are and feel supported.
If you’re feeling hesitant but curious, unsure but hopeful, you’re already doing something brave. You don’t have to do the rest alone.
