As someone who was once in your shoes and is still there at times, I completely understand. It's tough trying to navigate being an adult while work on yourself, sustaining a social life, and everything else in between.

I'm a person-centered therapist whose focus is to meet you where you are, but also help you get to a better space mentally and emotionally. I believe that where you are and what you're going through now is not where you will be forever. My work with my clients usually consists of, but is not limited to, providing tools and skills to help better manage and cope with how you're feeling to help improve your functioning on a daily. My goal, as your therapist, is to assist you with getting to a better space and for you to have the opportunity to say to yourself, "wow, look at the progress I made."
