I work with students navigating the many pressures that come with college and graduate school — whether that’s anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, academic performance concerns, or uncertainty about the future. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, unmotivated, or simply tired of trying to manage everything on your own.

Having gone through both undergraduate and graduate training myself, I understand how intense these seasons can feel — the pressure to succeed, to meet expectations, and to figure out what comes next. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, especially when you’re used to pushing through.

My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative. We’ll talk through what’s weighing on you, but we’ll also focus on building tools you can use outside of session. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling clearer, more grounded, and more confident in your ability to handle what’s in front of you.
