Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

As a licensed therapist with ten years of experience, I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach combines motivational interviewing and person centered techniques to meet your unique needs and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help navigate challenges including family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, and also provide substance abuse evaluations. With expertise in family conflict, addiction, depression, and anxiety, I help clients identify and address key areas for improvement, enhancing overall functioning and well-being.
Starting individual or couple’s therapy is a big step in your healing journey! I am happy to offer a 15 minute consultation to make sure that we are the best fit.
