Justin believes in the power of a safe, collaborative, therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and transformation. He helps clients develop greater understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and actions to improve the quality of their relationships, address anxiety, and make progress towards their goals. Justin welcomes and affirms all racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, and religious identities and understands the important role that culture plays in our lives.

Justin has worked with young adults and adults addressing anxiety, depression, major life transitions, relational challenges, recovering from past trauma, grief, and sexuality- and faith- related issues. He earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University where he was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student award in addition to 4+ years of experience providing crisis response and personal support to young adults in university settings. He integrates relational, psychodynamic, existential, emotion-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches in his practice.
