Accepting clients Last Updated 23 days ago

As a social worker and counselor, I help my clients understand who they are and how they fit into the world around them. Second and First-generation Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Black Americans experience this in unique ways. I enjoy working with AAPI and BIPOC clients to identify solutions to affirm personal quality of life while honoring important cultural values and needs.

I offer a presence of empathy and non-judgment, meeting you right where you're at in your life.
I work with young adults struggling with anxiety, loneliness, perfectionism, life transitions, religious/ spiritual harm, and cultural adjustment issues.

I am relational in therapeutic approach and finding safety in our work together. I may also incorporate clinical education and skills such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Psycho-dynamic approaches. I look forward to partnering with you and affirming your presence with hope and understanding.
