Welcome! I am a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with college students. I offer a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment in which you can feel safe and understood, gain increased insight and awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. My work is trauma informed and founded on body positive, sex positive, culturally inclusive and LGBTQIA+ inclusive values. I tailor my work to your needs and particular situation. I am very well acquainted with the Bard community and find this is quite helpful in my work with Bard students.
