Juliet Spier Therapy
If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, "Something’s wrong with me," I get it. Maybe you’re stuck in a pattern and don't know why, overwhelmed by huge emotions, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Maybe you’re exploring parts of your identity or carrying the weight of past experiences that still show up in ways you don’t fully understand.
I work with clients who want to engage in a deep and reflective process, especially those who:
-Have experienced complex trauma or significant life challenges.
-Are neurodivergent and/or identify as LGBTQIA+.
-Are men unpacking stress, relationships and their own experiences with masculinity
-Want to improve their relationship to food
-Are thoughtful, sensitive, and curious about the human condition
Therapy with me isn’t about diagnosing what’s “wrong”— It’s about having a space where you can be real, make sense of what you’re feeling, and figure out what you actually want. I show up as a person first—curious, thoughtful, and direct when you need it. I know that healing is inherently political and I pay attention to the broader context impacting you. Whether we’re talking about deep stuff or just sorting through the chaos of daily life, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.
