Accepting clients Last Updated 6 days ago

I'm currently accepting new clients.

My clients typically struggle with anxiety and feel overwhelmed by life’s inevitable stressors. The anxiety may be due to trauma, school stress, relationship difficulties, big life changes, or any number of issues creating a sense of unease. Being human is hard. As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your values, needs, fears, and wants. You'll learn to embrace difficult emotions with understanding and self-compassion, reducing their hold on your life.

My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to your unique journey toward learning, healing, and growth. My goal is to help you navigate your way through learned negative beliefs about yourself and the world and to begin to build and install healthier ones.

I know getting started with therapy can be tough, but taking the first step together can help you find meaning and purpose, build strong relationships, and connect with the present moment.

Contact me to schedule your initial session. I offer online scheduling and appointments for your convenience. My rates have been reduced for students who are seeking therapy through ThrivingCampus. Your well-being matters, and I’m here to support you.
