Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels stressful or uncertain. I work with students who often describe feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences. Many are balancing classes, work, relationships, and personal challenges — and they want a space where they can slow down, sort through their thoughts, and feel supported.

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about what’s on your mind. I use practical tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help you manage stress, ease anxiety, and better understand yourself. If you’ve experienced trauma, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, focusing on building stability and coping skills before diving deeper.

The students I work best with are curious about themselves, motivated to feel better, and open to trying new strategies — even if they’re not sure where to start. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to handle the challenges in front of you.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit. Please call or schedule a free consultation on my website by clicking Request appointment.
