Welcome! You may be seeking therapy for any number of reasons. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, feeling stuck in current patterns or struggling with internal thoughts and judgments, these challenges are often difficult to navigate on your own. I specialize in working with college-aged individuals and young adults on navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationships. In our work together, we will tap into your strengths as you learn to recognize thought and behavioral patterns that contribute to recurrent issues in your life.

I offer a safe space for you to speak freely as you expand your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I like to incorporate mindfulness techniques with cognitive and behavioral therapies to assist you in building a deeper connection with yourself.

My goal is to empower you with tools and techniques that you can take home and practice independently to help in managing distressing and intrusive symptoms. I am here to provide support and guidance along the way as you build greater self-awareness and form new ways of navigating life that will bring you inner peace and fulfillment.
