With the use of The Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, DBT, and CBT, couples discover new ways to deepen their connection and navigate conflict with empathy.
Couples thrive when partners engage with self-awareness and compassion. Julie personalizes her approach to meet your needs as a couple and as individuals. Learning to regulate your emotions and use healthy communication skills will help you stay connected through life’s ups and downs.
Julie has strong interest in cultural and gender identity exploration, interpersonal relationships, issues of inclusion and social justice, community advocacy, developing deeper self-compassion and boundaries that work.
