Hello and welcome!

Having worked in academic settings as a teacher and college counselor since 2004, I understand the multiple stressors that can impact students' lives.
In my practice, I primarily lead with an interpersonal, relational framework to assist you in establishing a safe and supportive space from which treatment can begin. My co-therapist is my dog, Dahlia, who will serve as a comforting companion in your introspective journey.

I also incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems, Animal Assisted Therapy (Canine), Nature Walk Therapy, Psychodynamic, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness models when clinically appropriate.

Most of my sessions are done online with the option for in-person Nature Therapy sessions, when requested.

The emphasis of our collaboration will be on developing new paradigms for self-compassion, cultivating self-care practices, and expanding your self-awareness.

Let me know how I might help.
