Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

In session, I strive to be authentic, casual, and accepting. I welcome you to make yourself comfortable, and know that we do our best healing when we can be ourselves.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

My practice actively embraces neurodivergence, affirms trans* and LGBTQ identities, and actively encourages an anti-racist and social justice oriented worldview.

I have practiced therapy since 2017, when I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Pacific University. My clinical experience includes work in medical, educational, and outpatient settings.
