Hi, there! I'm a therapist that specializes in women's mental health to include ADHD, anxiety/depression, chronic stress, self-esteem, and reproductive health.

I help young adult women who are tired of trying to manage it all - tired of being pulled in all directions, tired of putting their needs last, and tired of feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I help women, just like you, find balance, calm the chaos, and clear a path directly toward their goals.

I help students develop and strengthen routines, systems, and skills that help them perform in school, work, and life. I believe in working with your brain, rather than against it, that's why I offer a truly personalized therapy experience and treatment plan.

You have goals you want to accomplish and I can help!
