Accepting clients Last Updated 22 days ago

Whether you struggle with anxiety or depression or need support with a recent change or loss, no concern is too big (or small) to work through together.

My practice blends traditional Psychodynamic "Talk Therapy" with aspects of Strengths-Based, CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative techniques according to each client's needs. I specialize in working with clients impacted by a medical diagnosis, chronic illness, past or recent grief and loss, and any stressful life changes. I welcome older teens, young adults and adults.

My goal is to earn your trust, learn your history, and help you become your best self. We will work as a team to identify issues, set goals, and learn coping strategies. You will have a safe, confidential space to process and make change. I look forward to working with you.
