I believe that feelings need space to be felt. Sometimes difficult situations require a listening ear to unpack our circumstances without judgment. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to challenge the thoughts that are getting in the way of progress and healing. Together, we will seek solutions and coping skills that will foster personal growth.
