Are you feeling overwhelmed by issues that are difficult for you to deal with? Are you unsure about how to achieve your goals?

Therapy is a powerful tool to help resolve the problems you are experiencing. It can help you develop an understanding of yourself, history, relationships, aspirations and plans with greater depth, clarity, positivity and self love. Enter into a safe space to process past and present experiences, relationships and problems.

I will support you in a warm, accepting, and collaborative manner. I help by using a combination of therapeutic approaches to help you develop insight into your challenges while developing more effective ways to cope. Together, we will work on tackling unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns that are preventing you from reaching your full potential.

My therapeutic style integrates psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness oriented techniques and EMDR.
