Through the TEAM-CBT approach I will first listen to your story and then develop a plan for recovery. I will teach you specific strategies that you can utilize to work through your struggle. We will track your progress at each session and make meaningful progress towards your goals. You will learn tools to challenge your negative self-talk and can experience relief in just a few weeks.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
