Most of the people I work with experience anxiety that affects their daily life. This often stems from difficulty adjusting to a major life change, such as starting college and learning how to manage the various stressors that involves.

I have a strong focus on using your strengths as leverage to create positive change rather than focusing on your perceived "problems" or "weaknesses". We start simply by evaluating your current lifestyle and start to make small adjustments in your daily life that can create significant changes in how you think, feel and what you choose to do.
