College and early adulthood can be a time of incredible growth—but it can also be a time when questions about identity, purpose, relationships, independence, and the future become especially difficult to navigate. You may find yourself asking, Who am I? What do I actually want? Am I on the right path? Why do I feel so overwhelmed when everything seems like it should be going well?

My approach to counseling is grounded in existential-humanistic therapy, which means I believe you are more than a diagnosis, a difficult experience, or a chapter in your past. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can be understood as a whole person, explore what gives your life meaning, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the choices you want to make.

I have extensive training and certifications in trauma and understand how past experiences can continue to influence the way we think, feel, relate to others, and see ourselves. Whether you are processing trauma or simply trying to understand patterns that no longer serve you, we can work together at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

I also work with college-aged students experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, including the ways these challenges can affect academics, relationships, motivation, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and everyday life.

My goal is not to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. Instead, I want to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, work through what has been painful, and make intentional choices about the person and life you want to create.

Therapy can be a place to put down the pressure to have everything figured out. You don't have to arrive with the right words or know exactly what you need. We can start where you are.

You are not behind. You are becoming. And you don't have to figure it all out alone.
