I would be honored to help you on your journey. Whether you are feeling stuck and uninspired, to overwhelming feelings of sadness and anxiety, struggling with identity and work-life balance, or motivated for self-fulfillment, the hardest part of change is often the beginning. To help serve my clients, I integrate evidenced-based techniques and change processes from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a holistic and tailored therapeutic experience. I have clinical and academic expertise working with highly creative college students.
