I'm a creative arts therapist trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. That's just a fancy way of saying that I help people work through overwhelming thoughts, feelings and experiences with a blend of talk, music, artmaking and mindfulness. I work with every client to figure out the right balance, but the goal is the same: helping you feel less overwhelmed so that you can live the life you'd always hoped you would.
