I am a mental health therapist located in SW Portland. I am LGBTQI+ affirming and work with a wide array of clients from various backgrounds. I am an advocate for my clients and do not take that role lightly. Many of the people I work with have been through extensive trauma. I am trained in somatic therapy and help clients learn to access the wisdom of their bodies to help them ground and live more fully in the present moment by developing mindfulness skills.
