Accepting clients Last Updated 11 days ago

I worked with teens, young adults, older adults and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in this process.

I am here to meet my clients where they are at and to assist in achieving their goals. I respect your own self determination and create a judgement free zone where no subject is off limits to discuss. Together we can find a solution to any situation.

I understand that starting therapy can be tough. The hardest step is to reach out and ask for help. I am here to guide you to through this journey.
