Jordynn Lane

Jordynn Lane is a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois. Jordynn offers an approach of collaboration, mindfulness, empathy, and compassionate care to those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, conflict, trauma, behavioral problems, feeling misunderstood, and any other psychological/emotional distress. Jordynn's experiences working as a counselor in a residential psychiatric facility with children, in a county jail with adult inmates as a group facilitator, and as a therapist at a therapeutic day school have allowed her to see clients through many lenses.

The most important part of therapy is the client-therapist relationship, and as an advocate for the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, she sees the dignity and worth of all people while valuing the necessity of rapport. Jordynn has a personal passion for traveling and experiencing other cultures.

Trying new foods and indulging in the natural inquisition of other traditions/customs is a true joy of her. She also loves working out, spending time with her family, and being creative through drawing, sculpting, and painting in her free time.
