I approach each client as an individual, working with their strengths to find real solutions to the issues they are facing. It is important to me to really understand each client and hear them, rather than labeling them. I have worked with clients struggling with life adjustments, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, personality disorders, autism, developmental disorders and divorce, among other issues. I strive to bring hope and healing to help clients THRIVE.
